Returns: You have the right to return any product purchased from Maria's Jewels within 30 days of the delivery date, provided it is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@maria-jewels.com, providing your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any relevant supporting images.
Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the product is defective or the wrong item (color or size). Shipping delays beyond our control are not valid reasons for return.
Return authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions to process your return process.
Damaged/Wrong Color or Size: For damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped items, we provide an immediate replacement.
Returning orders with problems: Returned items must be in original, unused condition and returned within 30 days of receipt. Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a replacement item or give a store credit.
Exchange Request: Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, with customers responsible for return shipping costs. We offer exchanges for products of equal value only.
Non-returnable Items: Certain hygiene products and items that have been worn, washed, or altered are non-returnable. However, exceptions may be made for bundle orders or special circumstances.
